This is a document stating the terms and conditions of using this site. Please read carefully. By using this site and submitting to an order, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions listed below.
glamaCo Australia reserves the right to amend this site and the Terms and Conditions at any time.
By registering and placing an order with glamaCo, you give us permission to add your contact details to our database so we can send through correspondence that relates to ordering, invoicing, shipping and product reviews and ratings.
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
- Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want your personal information to be used by glamaCo.com.au for marketing purposes
- If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information to contact you, you can change your mind at any time by contacting us or by selecting an available unsubscribe option.
Pricing and Taxation
All pricing is stated in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and is GST inclusive.
glamaCo website and store prices are subject to change without notice
The current price of each product is shown on the website at the time you place your order.
The price of products on our website may not be the same or correspond to the prices on “Shared” notifications. The “Shared” notification only displays the valid price or offer for the product at the point in time in which the product was “Shared” and does not constitute a valid price or offer beyond that time.
The price of products on our website may not be the same or correspond to the prices in any of our stores for the same product.
Products labelled as ‘Online Only Special’ are only available for purchase from the website and are not available for purchase in store or by phone order.
glamaCo will not match any prices for any products that are available through the glamaCo website or glamaCo stores or vice versa.
Retail and Trade Sites
We are not your average Retail Store, nor the usual Trade Store. We sell to both public, and Hair and Beauty Professionals, and for this reason, there are certain processes involved. Due to Manufacturer requirements, there are some products that are exclusive to Trade Only. If you are qualified, or in training, within the Hair and Beauty Industry, you will need to register with the Trade Site, to be able to purchase these products.
glamaCo trade card is your key to receiving trade pricing, quantity break deals, special trade offers, exclusive new release product updates as well as ongoing training schedules.
This is done by email, SMS alerts or distribution of glamaCo trade catalogues to your designated address.
In addition to this, we would like to offer you the services of our glamaCo Sales & Technical Representatives, who can provide specialist advice such as in-depth product knowledge and training as well as to communicate any special offers that glamaCo may have available.
The glamaCo Trade Card is absolutely free of charge, there are no contracts in place and should you wish to no longer receive correspondence from glamaCo, you can OPT OUT by return confirmation to glamaCo via SMS or email or by returning your Trade Card to any glamaCo Beauty Trade Superstore.
In addition to this you have supplied evidence of trade qualification in the presence of a glamaCo staff member.
You fully understand the potential risks and side effects associated with professional product.
Professional use only products such as bleach, peroxide, colourants and wax products are to be used by qualified beauty professionals only.
All products are to be used in accordance to the products/manufacturers guidelines.
No responsibility will be accepted for misuse, incorrect selection or recommendation of product by glamaCo staff.
Should adverse effects happen to yourself, you acknowledge that glamaCo and its staff are not liable for any restoration and/or maintenance of the result of your chosen product.
glamaCo Trade and Retail Card:
glamaCo cards remain the property of glamaCo.
Please present this card in store prior to payment to ensure the membership is active for the transaction.
Only one glamaCo card can be issued per member and is not transferrable to any other party.
The card is not a credit card, charge card or gift card and cannot be used to accrue or redeem points.
A valid glamaCo card must be presented by the member, whose card number matches the member number, for all but not limited to, transactions, transaction enquires, information requests, update requests, promotional purchases or trade transactions. If this is not the case glamaCo reserves the right to retain the card and cancel membership.
If requested by glamaCo, members are required to verify their identity by providing photo identification.
Please notify glamaCo by emailing help@glamaCo.com.au if the card is lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced or your details require updating.
If found, please post to glamaCo Australia Pty Ltd, 307 Dawson Parade, Arana Hills, QLD, 4054.
glamaCo will not be held responsible for any authorised or unauthorised use.
Receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, and it does not constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
glamaCo reserves the right to accept or decline an order, for any reason, even if Order Confirmation has been sent.
glamaCo has the right to supply less than the ordered quantity, without providing notice, even if Order Confirmation has been sent. Your payment will be adjusted accordingly to the amended total.
Order must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment prior to shipping.
glamaCo reserves the right to request additional verifications and information before accepting any order.
If you wish to cancel your order, we will be happy to accommodate only if the order has not been shipped. If payment has already been made, we will gladly refund the amount charged by the method in which it was originally paid.
glamaCo reserves the right to refuse order cancellation, or a cancellation fee will be charged equal to the actual cost of shipping to and from the original order destination, in the event that the order has already been dispatched, and only if we are able to request the return of the package from the courier company.
Payment can be made by Credit Card or Direct Deposit.
Credit Card options include Visa and MasterCard. All payments made by Credit Card will have a pre-authorisation check to ensure sufficient funds are accessible and to confirm legitimacy of payment method. These funds will be frozen and the full amount charged will be taken out once the order has been despatched.
All Credit Cart Payments will state ‘glamaCo Australia’ as the receiver of monies taken from this site on your Bank Statement.
Direct Deposit Details will be provided when chosen for payment method in the Checkout Process. They will also be present on the Order Confirmation that will be sent via email. Please use the Order Number as the Reference when making payment. Shipment of goods will not be made until full payment has been received.
Express DeliveryOnce the order has been released, you are responsible to check the order and inform glamaCo of any damages or faults within 2 working days.
Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check this information is correct, as glamaCo will take no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur as a result.
All orders require a signature on delivery for goods to be released.
glamaCo does not deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers, pre-booked warehouse or distribution centres or any service where the receiver is not present to sign for the delivery.

Warranties and Repairs
All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer and not that of glamaCo. These warranties are offered by the manufacturer, who specify the warranty periods and may vary for each product.
glamaCo has no control over manufacturer warranty and repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. Therefore glamaCo has no control as to the time frame. In saying that, glamaCo will do all that it can to ensure that it is handled as quickly as possible, updating you through the process. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be offered.
glamaCo cannot be held accountable when the faulty item is sent direct, or communications are made, from you to the manufacturer in the need of repair or a replacement.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.
All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty).
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.
It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that glamaCo deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe. glamaCo will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition.
glamaCo takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post.
Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges.
Once glamaCo receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.
Promotional Offers and their Limitations
By using a promotional code, you agree to understanding the terms and conditions stated below.
All promotional codes, offers and discounts advertised online are for online use only and are valid for the specified time frame only. All promotional codes are one time use only unless otherwise stated. All promotional codes cannot be applied once an order has been placed or retrospectively. Where stated, promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with any other codes. Nor can they be applied to an invalid or failed order
All promotional one time only codes must be used in their entirety in a single purchase.
For promotions where one or more items are required to be purchased to receive a discount on a second item, the discount will be applied to the equal or lesser valued item.
Promotions requiring a minimum order amount will not include charges for shipping and credits for gift cards in the overall order amount.
glamaCo reserves the right to terminate or continue any promotions at its sole discretion.
Promotional codes cannot be applied to shipping, for purchase of eGift cards, GST or any other such duties.
If you have reason to exchange or return an item where a promotional code was attached, the promotional code (if expired) can not be reused for replacement or future orders. A credit/refund will be applied for the promotional price charged only.
Promotional items are only valid while stocks last. glamaCo will not provide rain checks on items that have sold out.
glamaCo will not be held responsible for any incorrect entry of promotional codes and will not be accountable for incorrect charges or incorrect items ordered. glamaCo has no obligation to advise the customer that incorrect or incomplete entry has taken place and is not required to return or exchange an item when this has occurred. Please read over orders carefully before submitting.

Limitation of Liability
